Aly Malin

Aly is a healthcare leader and entrepreneur, known for founding Inertia, Tampa’s premier wellness center dedicated to reimagining patient-centered care. A Tampa native, Aly earned both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from the University of South Florida, where she trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Her extensive medical career spans critical care, internal medicine, and pediatrics, reflecting her deep-rooted commitment to high-quality patient care.

A true artist at heart, Aly’s journey into medicine was inspired by her early work in makeup artistry, where she found fulfillment in helping others. This passion ultimately led her into medicine, where she discovered that medicine, too, is an art. Over many years, Aly has combined her love of art and medicine, bringing a unique perspective to the care she provides. With hands-on experience in both traditional medicine and medical aesthetics, as well as advanced training with leading medical device companies, Aly’s expertise in laser procedures and skin rejuvenation laid the foundation for a wellness center where patients feel supported inside and out.

Driven to disrupt traditional healthcare, Aly envisioned Inertia as a sanctuary that prioritizes the patient experience at every level. Every detail—from the serene environment to the skilled team and carefully curated services—is designed to create a healing oasis that rejuvenates both body and mind. At Inertia, Aly’s mission is to bring the magic back into medicine, offering a space where patients feel truly cared for, energized, and uplifted.

Beyond Inertia, Aly and her husband, Jesse, co-own Avail Home Care & Care Consulting, a service that meets the complex needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Tampa Bay area.

Known for her commitment to lifelong learning, Aly regularly trains her staff and pursues advanced education, ensuring her practice provides cutting-edge, safe, and personalized care. Aly’s holistic approach reflects her unwavering belief that true healthcare is as much about nurturing the spirit as it is about treating the body.

Equally devoted to her family, Aly finds joy in life with her husband Jesse and their two children, Jolie and Cory, always trying to balance family and work with purpose and passion.
