Dr. Megan Spiewak

Dr. Megan Spiewak is the Medical Director of Inertia Concierge and Medical Aesthetics, where she combines her expertise in internal medicine and pediatrics to provide exceptional patient care.

A graduate of the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, she earned her medical degree in 2015 and completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at USF in 2019. Dr. Spiewak maintains dual board certification in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, reflecting her commitment to comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages.

After years in a traditional medical practice, Dr. Spiewak developed a strong interest in functional medicine and is currently pursuing certification with the Institute of Functional Medicine. Her goal is to provide comprehensive and whole-person healthcare, addressing the root causes of health issues and promoting overall wellness.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Spiewak served as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida, where she taught medical students in the clinical setting and was a core faculty member of the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency program. Her dedication to medical education has helped shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Spiewak enjoys spending time with her three daughters and has a passion for the outdoors. Her mom often says she should have been a farmer, and she sometimes wishes she had listened! Currently, she shares her home with two dogs and six chickens, and she’s trying to convince her husband to add a goat to their family.
