Aly is a healthcare leader and entrepreneur, known for founding Inertia, Tampa’s premier wellness center dedicated to reimagining patient-centered care. A Tampa native, Aly earned both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from the University of South Florida, where she trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Megan Spiewak is the Medical Director of Inertia Concierge and Medical Aesthetics, where she combines her expertise in internal medicine and pediatrics to provide exceptional patient care.
Meet Dayhanara Pena
Nurse Practitioner - DNP, APRN. FNP-BC
Dr. Pena earned her BSN, with Sigma Theta Tau honors, from Boston College Connell School of Nursing in Boston in 1998. She gained extensive experience in the area of intensive care, trauma, and oncology from Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and New England Medical Center for 6 years before relocating to Tampa, FL.

Kate Youngberg is a nationally board certified Physician Associate with 10 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine and Wellness.
Meet Dr Demetri Arnaoutakis, MD
Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Demetri Arnaoutakis was raised in Tampa, Florida before he was recruited to as a Division-I athlete. He was a member of the Varsity soccer team for four years.

Registered Nurse - Practice Manager
Alina, originally from Florida, holds the role of Practice Manager at Inertia. Her educational journey led her to the University of South Florida, where she began her college degree.
With a deep-seated passion for providing care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, Alina was drawn to the field of nursing from a young age. She fulfilled her aspirations by graduating from nursing school as a first-generation college student in 2022.
At Inertia, Alina admires the diverse and attentive staff, which contributes to the practice’s welcoming environment. Outside of work, Alina enjoys attending sporting events with her boyfriend and friends, finding solace and enjoyment in the excitement of the games. Family holds a special place in Alina’s heart, and she cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones.

Meet Kristen, a seasoned laser technician and aesthetician whose unwavering passion for beauty and health has fueled her remarkable journey in the industry. With an impressive six-year tenure in aesthetics, Kristen is not just a practitioner but a dedicated advocate for empowering individuals to embrace their beauty and wellness.
Her expertise extends beyond conventional treatments as she thrives on delivering result-driven solutions that leave clients feeling radiant and confident in their own skin. Kristen’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her holistic approach, combining cutting-edge technologies, personalized skincare regimens, and educational insights to enhance the overall well-being of her clients.
Currently pursuing a nursing degree, Kristen envisions expanding her impact as an Aesthetic Injector, showcasing her enthusiasm for continuous growth and development. Medical Aesthetician / Skincare Specialist
Mariah is a dedicated esthetician at Inertia Concierge and Aesthetic Medicine in Tampa, FL.
She is born and raised in Tampa and completed her laser and skin studies at the Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa, where she pursued a deep understanding of skin health and advanced aesthetic techniques. She is highly specialized in skincare and facial treatments and loves treating patients to relaxing and therapeutic facials.
Mariah’s commitment to skincare extends beyond surface beauty; she is dedicated to empowering individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. At Inertia, she thrives on collaborating with her colleagues, sharing a collective passion for health and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Outside of work, Mariah enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She is an avid traveler, always eager to explore new places and experience different cultures.

Patient relations & Marketing Coordinator
Liza is the Patient Relations and Marketing Coordinator at Inertia, where she brings a strategic approach to digital media and a focus on cultivating meaningful connections with patients. Liza is a passionate marketer with a background in performance and communication.
Before joining Inertia, Liza had a successful career as a professional musician, beginning at just nine years old. She traveled nationally and internationally, gaining valuable insights into dedication and the art of storytelling—skills that now inform her marketing work.
Throughout her career, Liza has demonstrated a commitment to building engaging digital media that aligns with Inertia’s mission and values. Her creative approach enhances the brand’s presence and fosters a welcoming experience for every patient.
Liza graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in marketing and continues to apply her expertise to elevate Inertia’s patient interactions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her cat.
