Concierge Medicine Membership
Inertia Concierge & Aesthetic Medicine, our collaborative care team is dedicated to providing you with round-the-clock access to our providers through our concierge functional medicine service.
Whether you need assistance with acute illnesses, annual physicals, preventative care evaluations, prescriptions, diagnostic testing, blood work, vaccination recommendations, or individualized health optimization services, we are here for you 24/7.
We prioritize developing individualized relationships with each patient. Our comprehensive evaluations allow us to provide the best possible care, tailored to your unique needs. You’ll never have to wait on hold for extended periods or face delays in scheduling urgent appointments. Our concierge providers are easily accessible via phone or text, offering rapid visit scheduling and telehealth consultations.
Currently, our concierge functional membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment at $350/month. To ensure you receive timely, personalized care, our providers maintain limited patient panels, ensuring you can always be seen promptly in person, virtually, or via text with quick response times.
In addition to this personalized care, our practice offers a range of in-office services, including but not limited to:
- Blood draws
- Cervical cancer screenings
- Point-of-care testing for illness
- Body composition scanning
- IV therapy
- Hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapy
